国際サシバサミット2025in宇検村奄美大島（2025年10月25、26日）の参加者用の事前申込フォームです。（This is the pre-registration form for participants of the International Summit on Gray-faced buzzard in Uken Amami (October 25-26, 2025).）

＊本イベントでは申込者の宿泊および奄美までの交通手配に関する業務を旅行会社（奄美航空ツーリスト）に委託しております。
希望される場合は申込完了後、奄美航空ツーリストより詳細についてメールを差し上げます。メール受信拒否をされている場合は、ama2.jpからのメールを受信できるように設定してください。

なお、当日は会場周辺に露天の出店があります。
注意：お弁当には特定のアレルギー対応はしておりません。食物アレルギーをお持ちの方は、内容をご確認の上、ご自身でのご判断をお願いいたします。

サミット会場はスロープを完備しており、車いすをご利用の方や足元に不安のある方にも安心してご来場いただけます。バリアフリー対応のトイレもございます。
また、車いすの貸し出し（台数に限りあり）も行っておりますので、ご希望の方は当日、係の者にお声掛けください。
(The summit venue is equipped with ramps and accessible toilets to accommodate wheelchair users and those with mobility concerns.
Wheelchair rentals (limited availability) are also offered. Please ask a staff member on the day if needed.)

【サミット中に撮影される写真・動画について】 [Photography and Video Recording During the Summit]
当サミットでは、記録および広報を目的として、写真や動画の撮影を行います。撮影された写真や映像は、主催者の広報活動（ホームページ・SNS等）に使用させていただくことがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、撮影への写り込みを希望されない方は、お手数ですが当日ご自身にてカメラに映らないようご配慮いただきますようお願いいたします。
(Photos and videos will be taken during the summit for documentation and promotional purposes. These may be used on the organizer’s website, social media, etc.If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please take care to avoid the cameras on the day.)
